3. Zendrop Return Policy Integration
As our supplier, Zendrop's return policy applies in addition to our own:

Damaged or Defective Products: We offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Photo or video evidence is required.

Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and send the correct item.

Undelivered Orders: If an order is not received within the specified timeframe and tracking information is unavailable, we will process a refund or reship the order.
Claim Deadlines:

Domestic Orders (Colombia): Claims must be made within 45 days from the shipping date.

International Orders: Claims must be made within 60 days from the shipping date.

Brazil Orders: Due to specific regulations, the claim period is 110 days.
